Returns

Our standard return policy is up to 30-days for unopened, unused product. If 30-days have gone by since your purchase and you feel there was any defect, issue with quality or other concern, please contact us directly and we will do everything in our power to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as raw or frozen foods cannot be returned. We also cannot return Gift Cards but we can certainly help you find some terrific pet products at great values.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then also notify you of status changes to your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Payments can take 3-10 days depending on your financial institution.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we can’t guarantee that we will receive all returned item.
